Throughout our experiences, God has truly blessed our Family. He blessed us with God-fearing ancestors who had good moral values, putting God first and then their family. Our parents sacrificed it all; blood, sweat and tears, striving to make life better for their children.
We are the new vines from strong roots! The fruitful branches from Henry and Mariah Bevly, we see the roots of this magnificent Bevly tree.

If Henry and Mariah were here today, they would surely "smile from ear to ear, to see what we have done, all the off springs from their daughters and son...." A family reunion...
Each year we have family dedicated to preparing a gathering/reunion of fellowship amongst family and friends. We hope and pray for your attendance in efforts to meet new family members, reunite with those you haven't seen in a while and learn more of our illustrious family history and become more involved and committed to spreading our heritage to the younger generations.

BEVLY/ BEVELY/BEVERLY FAMILY REUNION
According to the 1870 U.S. Census from the County of Choctaw census in the state of Mississippi, Henry Beverly (Bevly) was born in North Carolina circa 1826. This census (the first census to record African American history was taken on August 6th. According to the household record, taken from the 1880 U.S. Census, Henry was 55 years old and was a farmer living with his wife, Mariah and their seven children. Based upon the records, we can assume that Mariah born in North Carolina in 1840, she was 40 years old at the time of the census and gave birth to their first child.
